Quiet Work

Get out of your head.

Free to join while we’re still testing things out.

A space to think clearly, together.

You have ideas.

Maybe you’re working on a project, a shift in your career, or something you can’t quite name yet.

But doing it all alone?

That gets foggy.

Sometimes you need space to hear yourself speak — and people who help you see things you can’t see on your own.

What It Is

Creative Fight Club is a small, regular gathering for thoughtful people doing their own thing — to slow down, reflect out loud, and grow through good questions.

It’s not about pitching.

Not about performing.

It’s about the kind of conversations that help ideas take shape.

Why it works

It’s easier to see others than ourselves.

By helping others think clearly, we sharpen how we think too.

Questions open doors.

You won’t get advice here — you’ll get better questions. That’s what leads to better answers.

Consistency builds trust.

Meeting regularly means we go beyond surface-level. It becomes a practice, not an event.

The cards sharpen everyone.

You learn just as much by asking as by answering. The Sparring Cards make it easier to go deep, even if you’re not sure what to ask.

Everyone brings something.

Even if you don’t share your own idea that week, just being part of the process helps you grow.

What happens in a session

🧭 Warm-Up – Say hello, check in with what you’re exploring

🎙 Group Rounds – One person shares. The group responds only with honest, open questions

🃏 1-on-1 Sparring – Paired conversations using the Sparring Cards. One person shares their idea, the other draws a question. You can stay with one card or pull more — no advice, just questions.

🌱 Closing – Share a takeaway or question you’re sitting with

You don’t have to be “ready.”

You just have to be willing to show up and think together.

Ground Rules

  1. No advice. Only questions.
  2. Respect the bell. We keep time and space clear.
  3. Tap out is always okay. You can pause or pass — no pressure, no explanation.

Who it’s for

Independent creatives, makers, thinkers, and explorers

People who value clarity, not noise
